Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and unused, in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, makeup, or pet hair will not be accepted. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@coastaloriginco.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return the original item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@coastaloriginco.com.
